Mr. Niiro is Vice President for both CCA and the DCBID. Jon joined the organizations in January of 2006. In addition to providing financial and administration oversight to CCA and the DCBID, Jon also oversees the management services for CCAPAC, Historic Downtown BID, South Park BID and the Confederation of Downtown Associations of Los Angeles (a consortium of L.A. area BIDs).

Mr. Niiro joined CCA with over 25 years experience in accounting and financial experience in a variety of industries. Jon has held positions with Keyline Sales, Inc., a large Downey-based representative agency for plumbing manufacturers in the wholesale and retail industry; Itoya of America, LTD., a Torrance-based wholesale distribution company of office supplies manufactured overseas; and Noevir, Inc., and Irvine-based multilevel marketing company of skin care products.

Professionally, Mr. Niiro has worked at Coopers & Lybrand (now Price Waterhouse Coopers) in Los Angeles and has also served as partner in the firm Teng, Niiro & Company in Newport Beach.

Jon earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a major in accounting from California State University, Long Beach. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.
