Figueroa Centre

 

The proposed project is a mixed-use development at 911-915 S. Figueroa St., comprised of 220 hotel rooms, 20,000 SF of meeting and ballroom space, 200 condominium units, and approximately 80,000 SF of retail, restaurant, office and potential school uses, contained within a 66-story high-rise building. Come and hear about how this project will help transform the Figueroa corridor.

Olympic Tower


The proposed project is a mixed-use development located on the northwest corner of Figueroa and Olympic.  It will be a 57-story high-rise building with 374 residential units, 373 hotel rooms, 10,801 SF of conference center space, 33,498 SF of office, and 65,074 SF of commercial floor area. Parking will be located in a six-level subterranean parking structure and eight levels within the building podium. Join us to learn more about this new development.

South Park Towers

 

CCA members are invited to hear about the South Park Towers. Venice Hope Group, LLC, is seeking entitlements to construct the South Park Towers, a mixed-use development at the intersections of Flower Street, Venice Boulevard, & Hope Street, that will consist of two (2) towers for an approximate total of 452,630 SF of floor area.  Tower 1 will contain two hotels with a combined 300 guest rooms within 198,000 SF of floor area and 3,120 SF of retail.  Tower 2 will contain an apartment building with 250 residential units within 241,510 SF of floor area and 10,000 SF of retail.

Main Street Tower


Frontier Holdings West, LLC, is pursuing discretionary approvals to construct the Main Street Tower, a mixed-use development at 1123-1161 S Main St, to consist of 343,435 sf of floor area with 363 residential units and 12,500 sf of commercial space.
