Join us for an update from Mack Real Estate Development about their proposed project located at 1105 S Olive Street. This 51-story mixed-use high-rise project will include 536 multi-family residential units including 89 studios, 268 one-bedroom units, 176 two-bedroom units, and 3 three-bedroom units. The project will also include ground floor retail along 12th Street.

Senate Bill (SB) 50

SB 50, Senator Wiener's transit density bill, returns this legislative session with a deadline; it must clear the Senate and move to the Assembly by January 31, or it dies. If passed, SB 50 would allow multi-family housing to be built near train stations and "high-quality" bus stops, as well as job-rich areas. Please join us to learn about important changes to the bill including allowing cities to devise independent plans that meet the goals of SB 50.
