The County’s Priorities for Homelessness with Director Sarah Mahin

As Director of Los Angeles County’s new Department of Homeless Services and Housing, Sarah Mahin is responsible for leading the County’s restructured approach to addressing homelessness. In this role, she oversees the coordination and delivery of homelessness and housing programs, works to strengthen accountability, and guides the transition of responsibilities previously handled through LAHSA into a County-led framework focused on improved outcomes and service effectiveness.
