LOS ANGELES (May 9, 2019) -- Today, Central City Association (CCA) celebrated its 25th Annual Treasures of Los Angeles at JW Marriott Los Angeles L.A. LIVE. CCA recognized four distinguished honorees who showcase the best of Los Angeles. They are dedicated to enhancing the vibrancy of the city, keeping communities safe and inspiring Angelenos to dream big. The 2019 honorees are: Wen Zhou, CEO & Co-Founder, 3.1 Phillip Lim; Victor Coleman, Chairman & CEO, Hudson Pacific Properties; Suzanne Goin, Chef & Restaurateur, The Lucques Group; and L.A. Police Department Central Area (accepted by Chief Michel Moore and Commander Marc Reina).
"Today, we recognize the strength and diversity of our great city with the Treasures of Los Angeles," said Jessica Lall, President & CEO of CCA. "The honorees represent the best of Los Angeles and our industries. We honor an immigrant with a dream who built a successful clothing business, a visionary leader who is pushing the boundaries of real estate, a talented chef who helped establish L.A. as one of the best food cities in the world, and the men and women of the LAPD's Central Area who keep Downtown safe and thriving."
Treasures of Los Angeles is CCA's signature event to celebrate the diversity, strength and excellence of our city. The event brought together more than a thousand of the region's business, political and civic leaders who have all worked together to build a city that is welcoming to all. Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti opened the honoree presentation by recognizing the innovative contributions they have made to the city. Council President Herb J. Wesson, Jr. served as emcee for the event and joined Councilmember Joe Buscaino to acknowledge their fellow elected and government officials in the audience who came to support CCA.

Victor Coleman, Chairman & CEO, Hudson Pacific Properties: "It's truly an honor to be named a Treasure of Los Angeles by Central City Association. I've called the city home for more than 30 years, built two successful companies, and cultivated relationships with some of the brightest minds across industries. It's extremely rewarding to witness, and to contribute to, Los Angeles' evolution as a city of the future."
Suzanne Goin, Chef & Restaurateur, The Lucques Group: "As a native Angeleno it is a great and surreal honor to be acknowledged by the Central City Association of Los Angeles.
