CCA is proud to announce our three Treasures Honorees who showcase the best hospitality, cuisine and entertainment of the region. Our honorees are:

  • Jon Blanchard, Founder and CEO of BLVD Hospitality
  • Genevieve Gergis & Ori Menashe, Owners of restaurants Bestia and Bavel
  • Tim Robbins, Artistic Director of The Actors' Gang Theater

Jon Blanchard is a market visionary and hospitality pioneer. He has created some of the city's most popular and gorgeous venues such as Ace Hotel, Soho Warehouse, Hoxton Hotel and many more. He spearheaded Downtown's first adaptive reuse hospitality project by renovating the historic United Artists' Building and Theatre into the Ace Hotel, an award-winning hospitality venue for Angelenos. He's seen Downtown's incredible transformation over the past decade and is a true believer in Los Angeles. Click here to see his remarkable portfolio.

Genevieve Gergis & Ori Menashe own Bestia and Bavel, delicious dining landmarks of the Arts District representing the rich Italian and Middle Eastern culture of the city. They are a true power couple, creating everything from robust meats to flavorful pastas to exquisite pastries. With Bestia's significant impact in transforming the Arts District into a thriving neighborhood, and Bavel being the LA Times 2019 Restaurant of the Year, the couple serve as role models for other budding chefs and restaurants. Tim Robbins, Artistic Director of The Actors' Gang Theater and an award-winning actor, empowers young students through education programs and creates outlets for self-expression.
