Each week, we will highlight a neighborhood and the proposed zoning contained in the DTLA 2040 Community Plan which will establish the blueprint for new development for the next two decades. DTLA 2040 is currently underway and City Planning's next project milestone is the release of the Draft EIR, expected this spring.
