Katrina Bulay
Katrina Bulay is the Director of Membership at the Central City Association of Los Angeles (CCA), where she leads strategy, engagement, and growth for one of the city’s most influential civic business organizations. With nearly a decade of experience cultivating thriving membership communities, she brings a unique blend of business development expertise, cultural insight, and a deep commitment to strengthening Los Angeles’ civic and economic ecosystem.
Before joining CCA, Katrina served as Membership Manager at Soho House & Co., where she oversaw recruitment, retention, and operations while curating cross-industry connections among creative professionals. Her career has been rooted in Downtown Los Angeles, with roles at several of the city’s most iconic institutions. At the Los Angeles Athletic Club, the city’s first social club established in 1880, she managed membership and events that connected civic, cultural, and business leaders. At the Music Center, she worked in fundraising for Center Dance Arts, an affiliate supporting Glorya Kaufman Presents Dance, which strengthened her understanding of the intersection between arts, philanthropy, and civic engagement.
As a Downtown Los Angeles resident, she is deeply invested in the city’s growth and vibrancy. At CCA, she is focused on expanding membership value, strengthening connections between influential companies and civic leaders, and advancing the organization’s mission to foster a dynamic, inclusive, and economically resilient future for the region.
